Situated in a quiet area, with minimal traffic, this spacious home is 350 meters away from the sea, on a slightly elevated position, offering a picture-perfect 180° view of the charming town of Skopelos, the harbour and the open sea to the North. On a clear day, one can see Mount Athos in the distance! All boat traffic coming into Skopelos harbour is clearly visible from the villa.

A custom-built private residence with a quality 2,200 sqft (200 sqm) interior and plenty of amenities completed by end of June 2023 for a family's vacation needs. Located in its own 3,000 sqm olive grove with 36 mature olive trees, it is surrounded by walls of handcrafted local stones. The neighbouring plots are also olive groves. Tempered glass partitions in all 3 en-suite bathrooms with keep the areas clean and dry. Toilets offer a bidet shower (aka the bum gun) with hot and cold water.
